3. Customer Support
We know that insurance can sometimes be complex, and you may have questions. Don't worry. Our dedicated customer service team is here for you. After you submit your form, we'll give you a call to answer any questions you may have, ensuring you have a clear understanding of your chosen package and the benefits it offers.
4. Confirmation and Peace of Mind
Once you're satisfied with your package and have received all the information you need, we'll confirm your coverage. From that moment on, you can drive with confidence, knowing that you've taken an important step toward securing your well-being and peace of mind.
5. Claims Process
In the event of an accident or any other covered incident, our claims process is designed to be quick and hassle-free. Get in touch with our claims team, provide the necessary documentation, and we'll take it from there to ensure your claims are processed efficiently.

You can make a one-time claim within 48 hours of the incident for up to RM20 of your ride fare, including toll, and tips.
Personalised Claim Support
Qoala's dedicated personnel are available from 8:30 am to 7.30 pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), to provide claims support and may request additional information as needed.
Complimentary Additional Tow Truck Services
Don't get stranded on the road! We've got you covered with our complimentary extra tow truck services.
- Additional 50 KM towing mileage within Malaysia can be claimed from Qoala
- Claim must be made within 48 hours of the incident
- Claim is forfeited if third-party tow truck was used
